Three generations have learned to read with Dr. Seuss classic titles, and this year Dr. Seuss on the Loose has been selected as the picture book title of World Book Day, the biggest annual celebration of books and reading.
The book is a delighful compilation of riotous verses from some of Dr. Seuss’s best-loved books, including The Cat in the Hat, Fox in Sock and Green Eggs and Ham.
Why don’t you celebrate World Book Day in typical Seussian style? You can download an extract of Dr. Seuss on the Loose here and organise some in-store reading activities.
